** Please note the word "Free" refers to the fact that Music-Frog doesn't charge per file/mp3/recording etc and that Music-Frog.com allows users to access the members area and download the Music-Frog software for free. Free accounts have limited tech support and therefore using a "Free Music-Frog account" allows our users to record one (1) station at most and record up to twenty (20) MP3 files. In order to get unlimited tech-support you must upgrade/register a paid memebership. the Please note that the word "free" refers only to the recordings / MP3s created by the users.

*** All radio channel names, including song title/names, content, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated and we do not claim to be affiliated with any of the owners or providers of music, commercials and audio streams which are accessible through the Music-Frog service.  The songs and file names are all mp3 files recorded by users of Music-Frog. We do not claim or pretend to claim we have those songs in our possession or any right over those files or any distributing rights what so ever. We do not have any mp3 files hosted on our servers and all of the mp3 files created are recorded by users on their private computers. According to our Privacy Policy we do not show which users recorded which file. We show an index of recoded files that were recorded using Music-Frog, again we do not have mp3 files on our servers and all of the recordings were done by users on their private computers and recorded from online radio stations. Please visit the radio stations's websites and support them.

However, Music-Frog cannot guarantee the quality of the songs / audio / music, and strongly recommends all of our customers to use the recordings as playbacks just in order to decide which of them to purchase in music-stores. The Music-Frog's service is not intended to be a substitute or replacement to music-stores. If you like a title you recorded, by all means, buy the song/cd from an authorized music-store.

***** Music-Frog is meant to be used privately only, any usage what so ever, including listening, recording, browsing and any other activity allowed by the music-frog service is for the users' private usage only. Further clarification: you, or anyone for this matter MAY NOT - UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES share, sell or publicly show the service, the mp3 files you recorded or any other part of the service.

****** If you are a copyright owner or an owner of a radio channel listed in the Music-Frog service and wish to remove or add your listing/s, please send an email to support@music-frog.com with documentation of your copyrights/ownership and we will remove your listing or add it if we find it to be appropriate, good quality and beneficial to the service. If anyone knows of a radio station listed in the Music-Frog's service that should be removed for any reason, please contact us immediately with details.
